yj77 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Philippine Online Casino Services

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "yj77," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the yj77 online gaming platform accessible at https://yj77.app and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player," "Member" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the yj77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account held by a Member on the yj77 platform, including all associated balance, history, and settings.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Member into their yj77 Account and denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by yj77 that are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from Real Money Balance.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the yj77 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a yj77 account, by logging in to an existing account, or by using any feature or service offered through the yj77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the yj77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the yj77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active yj77 account. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of yj77 or any of its affiliated gaming providers, nor a close family member of any such person, for the purpose of participating in real-money games.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the yj77 platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform, unless a formal reinstatement process has been completed.

yj77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence) to verify age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any balance will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) yj77 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

When registering a yj77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times, and promptly update your account details should any information change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (email address and password). You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify yj77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use your account.

yj77 accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer an account or the balance therein to another person is void and may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All yj77 account balances are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). yj77 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to Member balances.

5.1 Deposits. yj77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed in the yj77 cashier at the time of transaction. All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name – yj77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit and registered in your own name, except where yj77 expressly permits otherwise in writing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. yj77 targets a processing time of within one (1) business day for verified accounts using e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operating hours and policies of BPI, BDO, and Metrobank respectively.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply, as displayed in the yj77 cashier. yj77 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with notice published on the platform.

5.4 Withholding. yj77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification (KYC), responsible gaming compliance checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

yj77 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload credits, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all yj77 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One promotional offer per Member per household or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before conversion to Real Money Balance or withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each promotion are published in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer.
• yj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by Members.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or misuse promotional offers – including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, or use of automated tools – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the yj77 platform – including slot games, live casino table games, bingo, and any other game categories – are operated in accordance with their individual published rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

yj77's Random Number Generator (RNG) slot and table games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) and are not software-generated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, the result of that round may be voided by yj77 and any stake refunded to the Member's account. yj77's decision in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yj77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials to fund a yj77 account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with yj77 games or the platform interface.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated deception in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without first reporting them to yj77 support.
• Participating in any activity that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Accessing the yj77 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

9 Responsible Gaming

yj77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. The following tools are available to all Members through their account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited to your yj77 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders after specified time intervals to encourage breaks during gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net session result and time played.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the yj77 platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yj77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of any yj77 content without prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data

yj77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the yj77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By creating a yj77 account, you acknowledge having read and accepted the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at yj77.app/privacy-policy.

yj77 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yj77 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or errors in game results attributable to verifiable technical malfunctions.

yj77's total aggregate liability to any Member for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yj77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Termination & Suspension

yj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the period requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and regulatory requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to yj77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

yj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, yj77 will provide notice to active Members via email to the address registered on their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the yj77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
